Last week my brothers, Vivi, and I went to stay at my Bebe and Papa's house in South Carolina. Vivi behaved wonderfully at their house. She got along with all of their dogs, especially my cousin's lab, Hunter. She loved to play tug-of-war with him! Vivi also loved my Bebe's Bengal cats and kittens! (even though most of them did not love her) However, one kitten named Munchkin got along great with Vivi. They played a lot. It was so sweet! When we left my Bebe and Papa's house we met my parents at Pirate Land in Myrtle Beach. We camped there for three days. Vivi behaved well in the camper, and she had fun walking in the campground and on the beach.

Vivi

When we took Kelly back to Southeastern Guide Dogs I got a new puppy to raise. Her name is Vivi and she is a yellow lab that looks just like Kelly. She was around four months old when I got her, and she is six months old now. She is a very sweet, cuddly, and lazy puppy. She gets along great with our other dogs, and she loves playing with Kelly. So far she is doing really well with her training, and she knows most of her commands. She has been on many exposure outtings, and she always behaves really well.

News About Kelly

Wow... I haven't posted anything in a really long time! A lot has happened since the last time I posted. Kelly is a year old now, and she has already gone back to Florida to the Southeastern Guide Dog School. My family took her to the school which was beautiful. They had a freshman orientation for the dogs which was really sweet. Then we got to go to the puppy kennel and play with the little puppies. After that we got to do a blindfold walk with a working guide dog, which was so amazing!

Unfortunately Kelly did not make it as a guide dog because she was diagnosed with borderline hips. Puppy raisers get first choice to adopt their puppy, so we adopted her. :) We have had her back for about for about two weeks now.
